What the studio owns, what you may use from your Design Lab, and what you may not copy.
1. Everything here belongs to the studio
The website, the Design Labs and everything built into them — the guided selections, prompt systems, artwork, flowers, illustrations, branding, names, layouts, typography, sample designs and code — are the work of Pippa Rose Studio and are protected by copyright and other laws.
2. What you may use
You may use the concepts, prompts and designs you create with your purchased Design Lab in your own projects, including finished books, clipart sets and invitations that you publish or sell. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or redistribute the Design Lab itself, its tools, its prompts, its artwork or its code, in whole or in part.
3. What you may not do
Buying a lab does not transfer ownership of it to you. You may not copy, publish, share, resell or give away the lab or its contents, remove the studio's credit or watermark from anything that carries it, or use the studio's name, hearts, logo or artwork to promote something that is not yours.
4. Words and marks
"Pippa Rose Studio" and the lab names used on this site are the studio's own. Please don't use them in a way that suggests you are us, or that we are backing your work.
5. If you think something is wrong
If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, or if you have permission to use the studio's work and want to ask for it, write to info@pipparosestudio.com with what you are referring to and we will look into it.
6. Nothing here limits your rights
This notice does not take away any right you have to use what you create with your own purchased lab, nor any fair-use or consumer right that cannot be signed away.
