Terms & Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and Pippa Rose Studio ("the studio", "we", "us") covering the design labs you buy or are invited to at pipparosestudio.com. By creating an account, buying a lab, or using one, you accept these terms.

Each Design Lab is a one-time purchase that gives you access to an online creative studio — guided tools that help you build concepts, prompts and design directions for coloring books, activity and puzzle books, clipart collections, or invitations.

Purchases are paid in USD at the price shown on the checkout page. Access continues for as long as the studio operates, and creations within your purchased lab are not capped per customer. Unlimited creations refers to the prompt-generation and creative features within your purchased Pippa Rose Studio Design Lab. External AI services, including ChatGPT, are subject to their own access and usage terms.

You create one account with one email address and one password. That single login does not open every lab. Each Design Lab checks for its own purchase, so you can enter only the labs you personally bought or were given complimentary access to. Buying one lab does not unlock the others, and the Complete Bundle is the purchase that unlocks all five.

Access is granted only after a payment is confirmed by our payment provider, or after we send you an authorized invitation. A welcome or thank-you page on its own does not unlock anything.

Keep your password private. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you, so please tell us at info@pipparosestudio.com right away if you think someone else has it.

Prices are shown on the site and at checkout in USD. Sales tax, if applicable to your order, is added by the payment provider at checkout. Our payment provider (Stripe) processes card payments and holds your card details — the studio never sees or stores your full card number.

Prices and lab contents may change over time. The price you are charged is the one shown when you check out.

All sales are final and no refunds are offered. Your purchase grants instant, ongoing access to the Design Lab you bought, and that access cannot be returned once granted. If a payment is charged twice in error, or a lab fails to open for you and we cannot fix it, we will resolve it fairly — write to us and we will make it right.

You may use the concepts, prompts and designs you create with your purchased Design Lab in your own projects, including finished books, clipart sets and invitations that you publish or sell. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or redistribute the Design Lab itself, its tools, its prompts, its artwork or its code, in whole or in part.

You also agree not to share your login with others, sell or give away access to a lab, use a lab to build material that is unlawful or hateful, or try to break into a lab you have not purchased.

Some studio features hand your prompts to third-party AI services so you can turn them into finished illustrations or copy. Those services have their own accounts, fees and usage rules, which the studio does not control. What you make with them should also follow their terms.

We work to keep every lab open and running, but the studio can be paused for maintenance, changed as it improves, or eventually retired. We will not quietly remove a lab you paid for without telling you first.

The labs are creative tools. You decide what you publish and how you use it, and you are responsible for your finished products. To the extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for losses that come from using a lab, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid for the lab in question.

We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms — for example sharing logins or reselling a lab. Where we can, we will explain why and give you a chance to put it right.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province or territory in which Pippa Rose Studio operates, without affecting any consumer rights you cannot give up where you live.
