Privacy Notice
What we collect when you buy or use a Design Lab, why we need it, and how to reach us about it.
1. Who is responsible
Pippa Rose Studio is responsible for the personal information described here. Questions or requests about your information? Write to info@pipparosestudio.com.
2. What we collect
Account details. Your email address and a password you choose, so we can create your account and let you sign in.
Purchase details. The lab you bought, the amount, the date and a confirmation reference from our payment provider, so we know which lab to open for you.
What you make. The designs, concepts and prompts you create inside your purchased lab, so they are still there when you come back.
Sign-in records. A small browser storage entry that keeps you signed in between visits.
Messages. Anything you send us by email, so we can answer you.
3. What we do not collect
We do not collect or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. Payment details are handled by our payment provider (Stripe) on their own systems and terms.
4. Why we use it
To open the labs you paid for, keep your account secure, save your creations, send you purchase and account emails, answer your questions, and keep the studio running fairly for everyone.
5. Who else sees it
We never sell your personal information. It reaches only the services we need to run the studio: our payment provider (Stripe) for payments, the platform that hosts this website and your lab data, and — if you use them — the outside AI services you send prompts to, each under its own privacy terms.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists and you can still use the labs you paid for. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires us to keep financial records.
7. Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, or ask us to close your account and delete it. Email info@pipparosestudio.com and we will act on it. Closing your account ends access to any labs it unlocked, so keep that in mind before asking.
8. How we protect it
Passwords are stored in a form that cannot be read back, access to each lab is checked every visit, and only the studio team can reach customer records. No system is perfectly safe, so tell us straight away if you believe your account has been used by someone else.
9. Children
The studio is aimed at adults who create and publish their own work. We do not knowingly sell access to, or collect information from, children.
10. Where we are
Pippa Rose Studio operates from Canada. If you buy from another country, your information is handled under Canadian law while your own country's consumer and privacy rights still apply to you.
11. Changes and contact
If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. For anything about your privacy, write to info@pipparosestudio.com.
